What Salesforce licenses do I need?
Pardisio works on Sales Cloud or Service Cloud — that’s all you need. Commerce Cloud is not required. AI buyer agents connect through API endpoints, not storefronts. If you already have Commerce Cloud, Pardisio adds AI buyer channels alongside your existing web experience.
What if we already have Agentforce?
Pardisio gives your Agentforce licenses a powerful new use case — intelligent negotiation, custom pricing, and complex decision-making for AI buyer transactions. If you don’t have Agentforce yet, the core platform runs without it. You can add Agentforce later when you’re ready for the full intelligent seller experience.
